Dear All,
Recently, there was an article about Bala in one of the Tamil newspapers. Thanks to Ravi, our friend from India Sudar who brought this to our notice. [ Student Bala scored 1106 in +2 and secured merit admission to Govt college of Engg at Tirunelveli. Wanted support for college fee as family manages their daily bread by making matchbox]. Ravi had collected almost all the information that one would require. I spoke to the headmaster Mr.Periamsamy as well and armed with a few more information required, we took a DD for Rs.14,980 and sent that for Bala.
Later I spoke to Bala as well, he promised me NOT only to support his family but also another poor family like his once he completes his degree. Bala's admission was done on 23rd and chances are ripe for us to meet him in Chennai soon. Let us hope and pray that Bala would become another jewel in DI crown.
